About me

I can help businesses develop financial projections and business plans. I have a strong knowledge in both general accounting and product costing. As a CFO for several privately held small businesses, I created strategic plans, fundraising materials, and financial models to support bank lines of credit and to attract outside capital. My focus as a mentor is to help clients understand what they are looking to accomplish, help them test their assumptions, and lead them through a meaningful exercise of thinking through their plan.

How do I work with Steven as a business mentor?

Business owners do not book mentors directly. The Ask for Steven button opens one short request, and the request notes that the owner asked for Steven. A person on the nhbm team then matches the owner based on need and mentor availability, so another mentor who fits may also be suggested.

Is there a cost to work with Steven?

No. Steven is a volunteer mentor with New Hampshire Business Mentors, and mentoring is free for business owners. There are no fees, no trial period and no account to create. Sessions are held on virtual calls, and owners keep meeting with their mentors for as long as the mentoring helps.
