I work with clients by sharing general business and technical experience I've gained from ~40 years in HR consulting where I helped organizations optimize and retain talent. Specialties involve understanding reward systems (benefits, compensation, etc), general HR and rerwards strategy development, selling services (including developing sales/marketing strategies), managing multi-disciplinary teams and developing/managing long term client relationships. Other areas of familiarity include HR metrics and measurement, plan administration, and employee communications.

How do I work with Paul as a business mentor?

Business owners do not book mentors directly. The Ask for Paul button opens one short request, and the request notes that the owner asked for Paul. A person on the nhbm team then matches the owner based on need and mentor availability, so another mentor who fits may also be suggested.

Is there a cost to work with Paul?

No. Paul is a volunteer mentor with New Hampshire Business Mentors, and mentoring is free for business owners. There are no fees, no trial period and no account to create. Sessions are held on virtual calls, and owners keep meeting with their mentors for as long as the mentoring helps.
