With over 20 years of experience in operations, project management, and entrepreneurship, Joshua specializes in optimizing processes, AI systemization of operations that recover hundreds of hours for businesses, and uncovering financial efficiencies to drive new growth.

He holds an MBA, Six Sigma Black Belt, has product management, system design and expertise in LEAN management and has founded multiple companies, raised venture capital, serves as a board member, and mentors within the business community.

He owns two companies, one that focuses on AI operationalization, speeding up processes, reducing waste in businesses, and getting business owners’ time back. The other business he is a partner in a tax firm called Navira Tax Advisory & CPA, saving business owners hundreds of thousands of dollars in personal and business taxes.

He excels at clarifying cash flow, refining structures and operations, and crafting succession strategies to align visions with financial realities to build lasting legacies.

How do I work with Josh as a business mentor?

Business owners do not book mentors directly. The Ask for Josh button opens one short request, and the request notes that the owner asked for Josh. A person on the nhbm team then matches the owner based on need and mentor availability, so another mentor who fits may also be suggested.

Is there a cost to work with Josh?

No. Josh is a volunteer mentor with New Hampshire Business Mentors, and mentoring is free for business owners. There are no fees, no trial period and no account to create. Sessions are held on virtual calls, and owners keep meeting with their mentors for as long as the mentoring helps.
