As an entrepreneur, I started and operated three restaurants, gaining firsthand experience in operations, staffing, marketing, budgeting, customer service, and problem-solving. I have also led a nonprofit agency, balancing mission-driven work with organizational growth, financial responsibility, and community engagement.
