About me

I have always worked in or led diverse teams with common goals. I believe the strength of a team is amplified by the diverse individuals and skills of the team members. I frequently joined or managed teams that would be undergoing change. This could be a new mission or redesigning groups that were not optimized for success in a new and changing environment. I believe that when creating solutions you need to develop a plan that is initially 70% correct and then you roll out/test the remaining 30% with feedback from actions/clients. I feel you can spend too much time over engineering solutions otherwise.

How do I work with Chuck as a business mentor?

Business owners do not book mentors directly. The Ask for Chuck button opens one short request, and the request notes that the owner asked for Chuck. A person on the nhbm team then matches the owner based on need and mentor availability, so another mentor who fits may also be suggested.

Is there a cost to work with Chuck?

No. Chuck is a volunteer mentor with New Hampshire Business Mentors, and mentoring is free for business owners. There are no fees, no trial period and no account to create. Sessions are held on virtual calls, and owners keep meeting with their mentors for as long as the mentoring helps.
